Most of us come from backgrounds where we have made poor decisions. Most have paid a price for those decisions, we’ve been judged, we have been sentenced and we have done our time. Now we want to change…………… 

 In today’s world people have become Judge, Jury and Executioner through the internet and social media without understanding the person and the situation the person was in at the time. The world has developed a culture of guilt by association and assumption. 

We own our past good and bad but what makes us different is that we want to change and make a positive difference for ourselves, our families and our communities, we want to be role models for our youth, our loved ones and our communities through positive actions and engagement.  

At Redemption Solutions Ltd we are not here to judge, we are here to listen and help discover what our staff are passionate about, we devise a plan to help them on that career path and support them on that journey of self-discovery and self-appreciation.
